“Fabulous stay”
Had a lovely stay at the Kingston Embassy Suites resort. Everyone was super helpful. Cheryl at Concierge always had a warm smile, meaningful advice, and positive attitude! “Best 'check-in' experience ever!!!!!”
Delores greeted us with a beautiful smile as we checked in, she explained the resort amenities and even explained our Hilton honors benefits so that we had the best experience ever. I look forward to collaborating with Delores again next year!!!

“Old, tired units!”
