“Family vacation 2026”
Room was clean, however the balcony carpet was dirty and torn. Plenty of towels. Elevators were always wet. Exterior was clean, pool area bathrooms were not clean . Need more hot tubs. Or bigger. “Frog pool was the best”
The staff that you came across was not the friendliest or most helpful, the bar tender at the poolside bar was the friendliest and most polite..the room could have been cleaner the bathroom definitely needed more cleaning
