“Friendly and go the extra mile staff”
Staff is awesome here. Dani from food services is great. Friendly smiles from everyone, even on harder days. Such a pleasure to see the staff work well together.

There is a reason I always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Charleston Airport—and that is because of the fantastic service. This trip it was CHERYL! She provided amazing service at breakfast each morning-the kind of customer service that is above and beyond. Cheryl alone gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

At check-in Selene was superb!!! Warm smile, professional and answered all of my wife’s questions. Dre was also very accommodating and kind. The shuttle driver Elijah was a total gentleman!!!
