Fantastic property that I highly recommend. The location is perfectly situated between Summerville and North Charleston, making it very convenient. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. I want to specifically recognize Shalonda, who showed incredible kindness, patience, and support during a particularly rough couple days for me. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out in a way that you dont come across often. She turned what could have been a difficult experience into a positive one, and I’m very grateful for her help. Employees like Shalonda are a true asset to this business and make all the difference for guests.

“Good stay…limited room essentials (now)”

The staff here is so immensely friendly and helpful. Koko greeted me so warmly and always ensured we received what we needed. Betty at the front desk was also friendly. Lekia from the front desk was so helpful. I needed a hair tie and she offered me one of her own. She did not have to be that helpf… more

The staff here is so immensely friendly and helpful. Koko greeted me so warmly and always ensured we received what we needed. Betty at the front desk was also friendly. Lekia from the front desk was so helpful. I needed a hair tie and she offered me one of her own. She did not have to be that helpful. Nikki was also kind. The one thing that was a bit of an annoyance is on the first night we had to walk down 4xs for essentials — lotion, conditioner, shower gel, and sheets for the pull out couch. I wish we would have been informed before going upstairs on the limited room amenities, based on new standards. But I got that info at check out with Nikki. Otherwise, good stay. Rooms were clean! Will definitely go back.

“A very good motel with one caveat”

Staff is excellent, attentive to requests. Food was among the best in this chain. Grits and oatmeal were perfect, not soupy, but thick. Thank you! Why only a 4? To get management’s attention! This motel had only 2 luggage carts, and those of the small 3-wheel variety, awkward to manage when bearing… more

Staff is excellent, attentive to requests. Food was among the best in this chain. Grits and oatmeal were perfect, not soupy, but thick. Thank you! Why only a 4? To get management’s attention! This motel had only 2 luggage carts, and those of the small 3-wheel variety, awkward to manage when bearing heavy loads. As a 74-year old who brings in heavy ice chests, this is not good. Even they were not available at times when needed. (It will be interesting to see if I get an automated response to this or if the management will seek to resolve this issue!) Again, the motel has a great breakfast and wonderful staff. I would recommend it to all who don’t bring much luggage.
