“Great Hotel”
Great Hotel. Probably one of the nicest Best Westerns I've stayed. Very upscale. The location was excellent for seeing Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse. Great breakfast with lots of choices, not your standard BW breakfast

“Great location in the Black Hills”
We had a great stay here. The location was perfect for visiting Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and all the sights in the area. Hill City was a cute town too. We loved that the hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool. The breakfast was really good. Our room was nice and clean.

“Needs improvement”
I'm not a picky hotel guest but this one didn't meet my standards. Staff was polite and accommodating but room left much to be desired. Sheets were threadbare. Sheets and towels didn't smell fresh. Bed was saggy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good though.
