“Great Hotel”
Great Hotel. Probably one of the nicest Best Westerns I've stayed. Very upscale. The location was excellent for seeing Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse. Great breakfast with lots of choices, not your standard BW breakfast

“Outdated, but not horribld”
Rooms were outdated, could have used more outlets by the bed. Room smelled musty Our room was really big and we enjoyed all the space. Pool was nice, just got really crowded. Hit tub was tiny. Outdoor pool seemed abit small to and shallow (which works for our family) Breakfast was nice, Just … more

“Needs improvement”
I'm not a picky hotel guest but this one didn't meet my standards. Staff was polite and accommodating but room left much to be desired. Sheets were threadbare. Sheets and towels didn't smell fresh. Bed was saggy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good though.
