“Best customer service in the Black Hills”
Months ago after many failed attempts of booking a room in Rapid, we called the Holiday Inn in Spearfish. We had the pleasure of talking to Debra, she was delightful and accommodating. “Great place to stay”
Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Lots of parking. Clean pool area, maybe a bit too much chlorine but that is normal for motels/hotels. Clean sheets/towels. Right off I-90. Microwave, Fridge, TV, shower/bath, and toilet. Highly recommend!!

“Good but outdated”
No issues with the hotel at all. I have an EV so the on-site chargers were amazing. The hotel does have an unusual layout for a holiday inn, with a central atrium containing the pool and hot tub, with interior rooms having windows into that area.
