“Excellent staff”
Front desk staff, Sean in particular, were incredibly accommodating during our stay. Very calm and professional during the big ice storm, with everyone coming in stressed and anxious. And so cool about all the noisy pets. Also nice room and very clean!! Above and beyond.

“A pleasant two-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express.”
The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the complementary breakfast was fine, they had a pool that I did not use, but many families took advantage. Very convenient location. “Great room but breakfast so-so”
Very clean room and friendly, easy check in. Free parking. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. No flavored coffee creamer which is pretty standard at hotels of this type. And of the three types of cereal offered, all were sweetened. A healthier dry cereal woukd be nice.
