“Lovely in every way”
A very interesting concept for check in. There isn’t a front desk or lobby. You’re met in the parking lot by staff. No signage. Look for the “staff” door, knock on the door. An absolutely wonderful hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy! The staff is so kind to take care of any needs. Breakfast included or absolutely delicious. Mitzi was such a sweet server and took good care of us every morning! If we come back to Gatlinburg, we will definitely choose the same hotel again.

“Water front rooms”
Overlokks at water, enough parking spaces, not bad rooms, but nothing special either. If you like walking can walk into town, but we drove.
