“AMEX Travelers Stay Here! Wonderful!”
We had an amazing time at this very clean and updated historic hotel right on the Waters edge. Close to everything but tucked away. The service was commendable and you really can't do any better in Gatlinburg. Huge thank you for the wonderful day! Love, the Leggett's

“Lovely in every way”
A very interesting concept for check in. There isn’t a front desk or lobby. You’re met in the parking lot by staff. No signage. Look for the “staff” door, knock on the door. Service was still wonderful without a lobby. Communication was by text. Very friendly and efficient. I needed an iron/ironing… more

“Not what expected”
My husband and I were looking forward to being in the Great Smokey Mts in Tennessee so we splurged a bit to stay here. We were quite surprised to find the Inn across from a gas station and Hillbilly Golf on the very busy main road through Gatlinburg. Once inside our room, it was very nice however … more
