“Great hotel”
The location is great, it’s right next to the strip. Our rooms and bed are great too. Our bathroom and shower are clean and nice. We’ve come here twice now and we love it here. I really like the new tvs and stations that are available.

“Awesome , great location, clean and does not break the wallet”
Everything is clear instructed. Location os so convenient to the trolley stop (across the street) for the red route that takes you to the most restaurants , anakeesta and the aquarium. Room is clean. Breakfast is ok. But we are not there to eat breakfast.

“Easy walk to Gatlinburg”
Safe location near free trolley stop. Also 1 block below downtown so easy walk. Free hotel parking so you don't need to move your car. Hotel is clean with balcony and optional fireplace in your room.

“Not what I expected”
The hotel is very nice but there were issues. They helped us get our luggae up to the room since the elevator was not able to be used due construction the first night and 1/2 the next day 1. On check in they did not tell us there was nor maid service or how we were to get towels and other neccessa… more

We honestly had so much fun and no complaints about our stay in the room. The hotel was located in town only a 7 minute casual walk from the hotel to wear all the action and restaurants are.
