“Wonderful staff at front desk”
Room was clean and spacious. We had a very long day traveling and asked for dinner recommendations, Jacque Carter gave us the best recommendation.

“The rooms are always nice and clean. Staff is always friendly. My preferred hotel for the KP/JC area.”
Rooms are always nice and clean. I stay here several times a year. The recent stay on the first floor was nice. Room seemed new. Staff is always friendly. Multiple stays, never a problem. If im in Erwin, JC or Kingsport, then the Hampton is where i try to stay.

“Average Place”
This was part way through my drive home. I didn't have reservations, but they did have rooms available. I had my bicycle with me and they were able to accomodate a first floor room for me. Wish the freezer worked better, so I could re-freeze my freezer packs. Great breakfast buffet.
