“Kelsey at the front desk was amazing and so friendly!”
We walked in and the experience got off to a great start due to Kelsey at the front desk! She was so positive and friendly, a great ambassador for the hotel. We had traveled from Nashville to Memphis on our circuitous route back to St. Louis.

“Beautiful old hotel with a party and ducks and live music”
Beautiful hotel. We were there on a Thursday night and they encouraged us to attend a free party on the roof with live music. It was wild and interesting to see the view. “Wonderful room and front desk attendant- bad service at the restaurant and lobby”
I appreciated the early check in and the woman at the front desk was so nice. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom needs updating and is a bit small but nice nonetheless.
