“Beautiful conservatory area”
We did not stay as guests so can’t comment on service but it was nice to go inside and walk around, something we would not have just done, but as it was a couple minutes walk from the Ole Opry we decided to. Beautiful venue. Look out for the turtles! Very cute.

“Wonderful”
The rooms are really nice. The views and ambient sounds are amazing. I loved the spa. But the service from the bellhops, front desk staff, waitreses and waiters... all of them was 10 out of 5 stars. They helped make it most enjoyable.

“Carlos to the rescue!”
The hotel is beautiful with a stunning conservatory of plants and waterfalls! With that said, you find out true hospitality when challenges arise…. Our room was very nice…then overnight we started smelling smoke from our neighbors next door. It was permeating our clothes etc… So we called secur… more
