I took my mother with me on a business trip to Nashville. The Kimpton Aertson was a perfect spot for us to stay. The hotel area is nice & good location away from Lower Broadway. My experience was not good. The air conditioner did not work correctly. We had it set correctly to 68 & fan set to high.
