“Awesome stay.”
Ms. Kimberly in the breakfast room was awesome. She was kind and welcoming. Her energy was great. Also Rondo at front office was welcoming and easy to communicate with. He assisted me to select the activities to do while here.

“A Lilttle Piece of Heaven on Earth!”
I have been here before. They allow pets which is helpful to a senior citizen like myself. The rooms are always spotless, the staff, friendly and helpful. You get a hearty breakfast before you begin your day. The beds are comfortable, the atmosphere is very inviting!

“Great service and Wonderful experience”
My friends and I had a great time stay at this Baymont property in pigeon Forge. The front desk staffs, especially Kelsey was very welcoming and helpful. Not to mention the Front office Manager, Ms Thompson who was incredibly warm and very pleasant in ensuring that our stay exceeded expectations.… more

“Exceptional”
I had the most wonderful stay with my family. I can confidently say that it was the most exceptional stay we've had in a while. The place is really quiet and beautiful. Also, the manager is a darling! Her customer service was impeccable. Will definitely come again.
