The staff were excellent for a one night stay. We had plans to stay at other lodging in Gatlinburg however we decided to leave that hotel early because it was not a very good experience. “Great location and breakfast, but very noisy”
The location is the best part of this hotel. It’s an easy walk to The Island and only about 10 minutes from Dollywood. “Quaint but very noisy”
First time here. It is motel where the doors are outside. The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. No microwave in room and a VERY small fridge that wouldn’t even fit a to go container. A few cokes or water will fill it up. Swimming pool costs extra in their club but it is an outdoor pool.… more
