“Great stay for a reasonable price!”

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was everything we hoped for at a reasonable price. The room was spacious,2 beds,couch,coffee table,desk,drawers,a closet,safe,microwave,mini-fridge. Check-in was a breeze and KeKe at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. There was maid service every day if you wanted. The location was a good place,close enough to everything but away from all the huge tourist areas. Outdoor pool was nice size but a little cool while we were there,indoor pool was small but nice for kids to play in and the hot tub was great,we used it every day. The breakfast buffet was free and had the best selection I've ever had included with a room. Hot and fresh every day,saved us a lot of money. I will definitely stay there and recommend to my friends. KeKe and all the front end people were nice and helpful.

“Fantastic Choice For Comfort, Price and Location”

My sisters and I wanted to take a girls trip to, near/within the Tennessee Smoky Mountains during the peak season to experience fall foliage. We agreed to stay at this hotel which is located on the Winfield Dunn Pkwy. making it ideal and easy to get to. Hotels and resorts higher up within the Smokies were not within our budget so this choice worked out quite well for us. There was an enormous amount of visitors while we were there but it didn't hinder the warm and continuous friendly greeting and interaction we experienced. Overall, the parking area was free of debris and clea upon our arrival. Inside was no different as I noticed a clean and fresh auroma when entering the lobby. The room was much smaller than we anticipated but we managed to enjoy each night, resting comfortably and peacefully in their soft, pillowtop bed. They had continental breakfast available where there was the usual items on display that you'd expect: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, sausage gravy, bacon, bagels, grits, oatmeal and basically a small choice of fruit that the kitchen staff kept stocked, along with making sure all other items were readily available as well. I enjoyed their 3 choices of fruit juice that was available: orange juice, passion fruit and apple. I can't say for sure if hot chocolate was available as it's definitely an excellent item to have as everybody don't drink coffee, and during the cold months, this, i think would be another great item to choose from. Based on this location and the price that we paid, and overall for the entire visit, I wouldn't mind staying at this location again. It's not necessarily extravagant however it served its purpose for us entirely.

“Great Stay”

We had a great stay. It was extremely quiet even during the chaos of the car show that was shut down just a couple of miles down the road. All employees were super nice and helpful. The room was cleaned and restocked each day. The room was spacious and comfy.
