Great stay! Beautiful hotel and convenient to UTK. Aiden provided great service as our valet during our stay as well!

“Great choice”
Stayed here with my daughter. We were touring the UT Knox campus. Staff friendly. Valet friendly. Walkable to UT Knox as we walked to the designated area to begin the tour. We also walked to a neighboring area to dine. Very nice and safe. Room was clean and amenities were great.

“Given the wrong room”
Nice hotel but we booked a room with two queen beds and got a room with a king bed and a small, uncomfortable pull out couch. The hotel was sold out, so there were no other options. The rooms are very nice. Clean, modern, and comfortable, with great bedding. The only issue on the room itself is poor soundproofing, which bothered some of my family.
