“Consistently the best!”
This is my family’s favorite hotel to stay at in this area. I also stay here for business. NICOLE, the manager, is the best ever! She always goes above and beyond to accommodate any request. She truly cares for her customers and it shows!

“Beautiful property!”
This is a great Hilton Garden Inn! Very up to date and well managed property. Rooms are very nice and breakfast was awesome! Employees were very friendly and accommodating! Was told it is going to be updated but doesn’t need it! Up to date electrical for all your devices!

“Great staff but dates property IMHO”
We stayed at this place on our trip to Gatlinburg. The staff were terrific - easy checkin and great service at breakfast. Our room was just ok and a bit dated. And cleanliness was a concern, with hair on our shower. Our bed was fairly comfortable but my pillow smelled of BO. Overall not sure we… more

“Needs refresh”
The hotel has friendly staff rooms are decent. Absolutely zero water pressure for showers. The breakfast is a $10 charge a day and has no flavor sausage was black and had a bill with a tip thrown in your face. used to be a nice hotel but needs some work.front desk Staff is amazing.
