“Excellent Hotel and Excellent Staff (Bianca was awesome!)”
The hotel was very nice. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the ac was nice and cold. The bar was a nice add for drinks in the evening. Convenient hotel by the Airport, McGhee-Tyson Airport is actually in Alcoa/Louisville, TN not Knoxville. The hotel is very spacious, great for conferences which is what I attended. “Awesome experience”
Love this hotel. We ate at coopers restaurant and lived the food and service. We had Lauren as our server and she was extremely nice and very good at her job. Service with a smile!
