We were running late for breakfast and Mark was very kind to make sure we were able to get the boiled eggs we wanted. He was a sweet man and keep the area vey clean. Thank you Mark.

I have stayed at this hotel before- I love the location on I275, close enough to the UT campus (where I was visiting my son) but not nearly as much traffic as places on I40. The front desk staff were very friendly and helped me immediately when I noticed my bathroom sink didn't drain. They sent a maintenance worker up right away to fix it. My room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the little kitchenette area with a full-size fridge and microwave, plus a countertop with 2 stove burners, and a toaster and coffee maker. One downside was the noisy A/C unit. When the cycle wasn't actually going, but just in sort of "idle" mode, the unit made a distracting continuous clicking sort of sound. I mentioned this to the staff, and they said all the units sound the same, so there's nothing they could do. It made it hard to fall asleep. The other thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection. They had 2 waffle makers, a pot of oatmeal with toppings on the side, some bread, bagels, and mini muffins, and a little fridge with small yogurts and boiled eggs. I wish they had some cereal dispensers and milk, and maybe a pan of scrambled eggs. Also, I don't think anyone restocks the breakfast items when the 6-9am window is getting close to the end, because I went down around 8:30/8:40, and the muffins and yogurts were gone, and there were only 2 bagels left. I chose one, but it was mostly stale, so I didn't eat it. It would be great if they would have enough food throughout the 6-9 am time frame. So in general, this is a pleasant, comfortable place to stay, but a few improvements could be made.

Room was clean and comfortable but needs updates. Location was good, right of 75 and easy to get too. Employees were friendly and helpful at the front desk. Continental breakfast was poor, needs more variety/selection of food. Didn't realize that I made reservations at a main stay. A lot of worker's mostly blue collar/construction workers. I'm guessing that is why there is not a better selection of breakfast items on the menu. Noise level is ok; you're right off I-75 which I selected. I was not impressed by the atmosphere. Needs music, air freshener, etc. Like it's so nice to be here. Hopefully over time you will do renovations/updates and other improvements.
