“Canceled flights, missing luggage… what a day!”
Our flights were cancelled because of some bad storms and we were unable to get our luggage. We arrived at the hotel and Nina in the M-Club was extremely kind. “Simon at the Marriott”
We had a terrific experience! The hotel was beautiful and Simon was so helpful to us, we never even needed to ask for luggage assistance, he was ready for us.
