“Great location in Knoxville! Book the hotel!”
Book this hotel! I’m not sure you can get a better location in the city. I had a room overlooking Market Square, it was amazing! Restaurants, stores, and bars are all literally a 1 minute walk away. “Excellent”
I'm a big fan of the Oliver, the perfect location and my room (214) has a great vibe and a nice view over the main square. Would definitely return on my next visit to Knoxville.

“Staff are the best”
We live not too far, but love to stay at The Oliver whenever we go to downtown events in Knoxville. The staff at The Oliver are what make the experience always special. Kudos to each one of them.
