“Front desk advocacy that made the difference”
Huge thanks to Samantha at the front desk. I was caught in the shuffle between two back-to-back conferences and my room upgrade got reassigned along the way. “Set an example for hotel services”
The service and courtesy provided by the front desk is top notch. They made me feel like I am expected and have everything ready. Samantha was so nice to show me the directions by walking me through the places I want to go.

“Marriott and Lilly to the rescue!”
