“Best cleaning and maintenance”
We travel about 25% of the year and have found the beds at HI to be consistently comfortable. This hotel had a particularly great staff! I was excited about my stay. I was disappointed. I expected my suite to be put together a bit better. The bathroom shower contained stray hairs as did one of my hand towels.
