“Exceptional customer service!”
We recently were so fortunate to be assisted by Mariyah at Hyatt House in Dallas (Uptown). Her customer service skills are absolutely fabulous and our whole experience was incredibly elevated due to her. Thank you Mariyah, you truly set the standard.

“Great location and value for money”
A great location for Dallas at a great price - good value for money. Hotel appears to have had soft refresh - bed very comfortable. Big rooms with kitchenette as well. Free breakfast a bonus. Felt safe walking around from this location - much better than downtown I believe.

“Great stay”
Great location within walking distance of shops, food, and venues. Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. Very pleased with everything.

“Great location - Bargain Budget”
Excellent location. Parking garage is NOT secure. Budget situation but underwhelming care and maintenance of room basics - toilet handle, shower caulking, roller shade upkeep. Basically clean but the “worn” vibe in our room, hallways and pool area were disappointing for a Hyatt brand hotel. Br… more
