“Popcorn ceilings in rooms. Older remodeled hotel”
It has been remodeled but does not have USB for charging phone and some furniture is stained and dated. Popcorn ceilings. It is 2.5 star type of hotel similar to La Quinta where people probably live here. It's ok, just not modern rooms. Older hotel probably built in 60s.

“Okay Hotel, Terrible Manager; If Planning ahead, go elsewhere”
Middle of the road experience; no amenities. Website indicates you can enter code for breakfast when booking but staff won’t honornit when you arrive so you must pay; Travis has the worst customer service skills and his hauty attitude coupled with slow response to needs left much to be desired. “Not recommend”
I have learned sonesta is wore out locations that ihg or meriott have no desire to manage. Especially central experience market center especially suits, the property owners own 35 percent of sonesta.
