“Great Customer Service”
I was attending an event and called to book my room in the reserved block which was not filled. Valarie was awesome in providing me alternatives that were not only very helpful but provided savings outside the block. “Great place, great people.”
A great place with front desk workers that saved the day when E*****a screwed up our reservations. They were very efficient and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the room was pristine. We were in town for a funeral and they made sure we had nothing to concern ourselves with about the stay.
