“Front Desk Clerk was helpful and friendly!”
Donovan at the front desk was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my wifi needs! He went above and beyond to make sure I had coffee pods, cups and creamer for the next day. He added my IHG account to my room reservation and was able to multitask, taking care of several guests' needs… more
