“Great atmosphere, food and service!”

12/26/25: This was our first visit, and we stayed overnight because my wife and I were going to attend the ICE event. Although the line to get in was long, the parking attendants were very friendly and organized. Once we parked in the parking garage, we made our way to the lobby. The lobby was large and it was sensory overload, due to everything going on, and all the decorations. Jennifer, who normally works at Celebrity, checked us in and she was awesome. Due to my hotel status, she was able to upgrade us to an oversized King Suite, which was a very large suite, with two sided views. We had a great view of the center court area, and of all the Christmas decorations. The room was spacious and luxurious. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay, and enjoyed exploring the properties' amenities. We had a great dinner at Texas Station, their sports bar, which was ONLY serving overnight guests. We would definitely stay at this property again!

“Good for a conference”

I stayed here two nights for a conference. It is a ways from Grapevine so you either have to rent a car or take the shuttle unless you really like to walk. I stayed here two nights for a conference. It is a ways from Grapevine so you either have to rent a car or take the shuttle unless you really like to walk. It is a very large conference center and three conferences were going on at one time when I was there. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. It is very expensive, not just the rooms but also the food and drink so be prepared. There is a great workout facility on premises.

“Cautious with conference schedule”

Not far from DFW airport, was in town for work. Upon checking in to the hotel, I realized an anime conference was taking place at the same time. Loud at night is understatement. Not typical marriott hotel, as this is a resort with fees and such. Several restaurants on site and the spa will validate your parking if u just want to attend spa.atrium. Couple of model small model train layouts throughout center attrium.

I’m personally not a fan of the Gaylord Grapevine, and I say that as someone who survived it. First, you arrive. Adorable. You think you’re checking into a hotel. What you’re actually doing is entering a competitive endurance event. The valet line is approximately the length of the Oregon Trail. If you choose to park yourself, congratulations — you’ve signed up for a scenic uphill trek with all your earthly belongings. Hope you packed light. (You didn’t.) Then comes check-in, which is less “welcome to luxury” and more “take a number at the DMV.” By the time you finally get your key, you’ve already formed emotional bonds with the families around you. Once inside, you are gently swept into a sea of humanity. Hundreds of your closest strangers, all united by the shared dream of simply reaching their room. You finally make it. You open the door. And… it’s fine. Not “several hundred dollars a night” fine. Not “this is why we work hard” fine. More like “this is a room that exists” fine. You attempt to decompress from the triathlon that was arrival, but your child has other plans. They are fueled by pure adrenaline and the promise of exploration. So back into the chaos you go, joining the other hundreds of parents who are also questioning their life choices. Eventually, hunger sets in. Naturally, every restaurant is packed. You wait. And wait. And when you finally get seated, you’re rewarded with food that can best be described as… enthusiastic mediocrity. Then comes the bill, which confidently suggests you just dined at a Michelin-star establishment. Thinking of leaving the property for food? How adventurous. Prepare for another hike, possible re-entry fees, and — say it with me — more lines. The true highlight? The option to add liquor shots to your already overpriced Starbucks coffee. And honestly, you will need both. Possibly intravenously. Be prepared to spend a heroic amount of money. I personally required a vacation after this vacation and will not be making any future reservations. If you enjoy crowds, cardio, and premium-priced average experiences, this is the place for you.
