“Great location for families”
Our room was Clean and roomy. Great location for families. Everyone was friendly especially Esperanza who works in the food area.

“Toilet full of urine!!!”
Our toilet wouldn’t flush, we were on the 5th floor after reporting it , we were told maintenance would not be in until 9. I will put you on the list.
