“Comfortable stay”
+ Comfy bed, good breakfast, quiet location - reception staff need training in customer service. They were mostly disinterested and unhelpful + shuttle bus drivers were great. - shuttle bus stops between 12 noon and 5pm which was inconvenient

“Close to airport”
The location and price were good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The odd bathroom arrangement has the sink separate from the toilet and bath/shower making a night visit a disturbance to another person in the room. There were just two towels. AC was cool and quiet. This hotel is in a very nice part of the Dallas metro area, Grapevine TX and located fairly close to DFW. Aside from the beds which were very nice and comfortable and the very close proximity to multiple restaurants, this hotel needs to be torn down and re-built or completely gutted and re-modeled… more
