I just want to give Ms Toni a huge shoutout! She has literally gone above and beyond with anything that was needed for this group staying at the hotel. I went down at 9:30pm asking if they sell nail polish, they don’t but she was able to get some for me instead of walking to a store at night in a town I don’t know. I’ve never stayed anywhere with that level of customer service, she’s amazing!

“All around great stay”

Our stay was a pleasant one. The hotel was in close proximity to many restaurants that were in walking distance. The GM, Sal, checked in to make sure we had a good stay. The housekeeper was very nice and our favorite staff member was probably the female bartender on Friday and Saturday night.

I recently stayed at this hotel while in town for a wedding. I had requested an early check-in due to a long day of traveling, and I was very appreciative that the staff was able to accommodate that request. Being able to settle in earlier made a big difference. Upon entering the room, there was a questionable odor, but initially I assumed it may have been from cleaning products or something temporary. Since I wasn’t in the room long before heading out to spend time with friends, I didn’t think much of it at first. However, by the next day, the smell seemed much stronger, and I noticed several spots throughout the carpet that appeared to be old vomit residue or stains that had not been properly cleaned. At that point, it became clear that the odor was likely coming from the condition of the carpet itself. At check-in, I had also asked if there was a room available closer to my friends, but unfortunately nothing was open, so I understood that I would be remaining in that assigned room. Despite the unpleasant smell and the carpet condition, I will say that the overall stay was still reasonably pleasant. As a Hilton Honors member, I appreciated receiving text communication from staff throughout my stay asking if I needed anything, and any requests I made were fulfilled promptly. The customer service aspect was definitely a positive. One area that could use improvement is the explanation of the incidental fee at check-in. I believe staff should explain this more clearly, and it should also be posted in plain sight on the website so guests are not caught off guard. Overall, while the staff was attentive and accommodating, the cleanliness and condition of the room left much to be desired.

“Wedding Party Stay”

The hotel location was easy to get to and the room was a great size. Staff was friendly and amenable. Was able to get a microwave in room with request. Loved the outdoor pool and the bar area. Good food and drinks.
