“No butter”

Everything was really nice. The room was real nice. The only problem I had was when we were leaving in the morning. We stopped and had breakfast. And there was no butter for the waffles for the bagels for the toast, and there was no one at the desk to help.

I stayed here 10 days and it had its ups and downs. I did excessive research motels out here because of so many complaints of motels with bedbugs and roaches. I found that this motel for sure has no bedbugs (I'd know by now and I checked everywhere). The only roaches I saw came in from outside when I left the door open at night and that's to be expected. No signs of infestation so I'm happy. As for noise, my only complaint was the guy next door and not shutting off his alarm; however, we had a conjoining door. He himself was very loud late but one call to the office and that stopped immediately. I didn't hear any other neighbors and the neighborhood was very quiet. Speaking of the neighborhood, it's in a perfect spot with so many places to eat and shop. The cleaning staff were wonderful and actually did their job daily. They were also very friendly and respectful. I checked in after 12 am exhausted and the front staff were kind and understanding when my bank flagged the charge as suspicious and didn't let it go through the first time. I was sure I'd lose my reservation but I didn't (although I did call and let them know what happened as soon as my flight landed and I got the notification). The shower pressure is wonderful. I did learn not to shower during 20 am to 12 pm because the water temperature fluctuated, I'm assuming due to the ladies doing laundry. Speaking of laundry...it cost $4.25 to wash and dry (total, not each) and the machines worked wonderfully. The dryer only needed one round with a lot of jeans. Laundry soap could be purchased in the lobby and they even gave me $10 in quarters without complaint. On the back of the card, they gave us a 20% discount at Denny's which is a short 30 sec walk. The WiFi signal was wonderful. I was able to use my fire stick without any issues (except when the tvs reset at 11 am). Lastly, breakfast daily was bagels, bread (toast or not), 3 types of cereal, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, bananas, yogurt, boiled eggs, waffles and apples. Add one included syrup, peanut butter, jelly, butter, coffee, tea, apple juice, oj, fruit infused water (low sugar option), cream cheese, sugar of course and milk. I'm sure I missed something but basically, worth eating daily and not spend money on a restaurant. I loved it here and yes, the pool worked and was clean as of course were the rooms. Highly recommend! Oh and security deposit of $75.

“Clean and Adequate”

Our King Suite was clean and looked recently updated. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Breakfast was not stellar. We stayed here for 2 nights and it served our purpose just fine. Night clerk was very accommodating. They did charge us an early check in fee which was unexpected.
