“Great Gem in Lubbock with the best Customer Service!”
If I could give it more stars I would. Hotel is clean, up to date, safe but the real star of the show is their customer service - specifically Angie! “Facilities out dated but staff friendly.”
The plus side is that the front desk was very pleasant. And breakfast was average...ok. However, the rates were triple because of graduation of Texas Tech which is why I was there, so it was price gouging big time. The facilities are old and outdated.
