“Solid Choice! Close to TTU!”
This is a solid choice right next to Texas Tech University, and with easy access to restaurants and a Walmart in close proximity while still maintaining a neighborhood feel. “Not what it once was. For the price go elsewhere”
Quality has declined at this hotel. Will seek other lodging next trip. Showers are clogged, very noisy rooms at night, breakfast is mediocre at best. Outside patio furniture in disrepair.

“Good with some need for improvements”
Nice room but some easy misses. Breakfast is inappropriately appointed with styrofoam and plastics. Some lamps are hanging by a thread.
