“Great Place for a Business Trip”
Great experience. Shirley at the front desk was amazing. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I would highly recommend staying here for a business trip. Close legacy west which is where all the restaurants are and most of the corporate offices are as well.

“Excellent Breakfast”
Right off the Parkway but not noisy, close to many restaurants. Clean common areas, clean, large room. Mostly comfortable bed and pull out couch was comfortable. Hyatt Place Dallas/Plano was a great bargain. Based on the hotels we usually pay for during soccer tournaments, this was a steal. “Just an average stay”
Stayed for 5 nights for personal reasons. Room was nice, a little dated like common area but nice room layout and clean. Best part of stay was housekeeping throughout. Breakfast was adequate and wish they had coffee available later in the day and not just at breakfast. I normally expect a bit more … more
