“Nice clean place with pool.”
After disastrous stays at two different Wyndham hotels near McKinney Texas I found "the third time is the charm ". While it was a bit of a drive further from the event I was attending, it was oh, so worth it.

“Safe Area & Clean Room, Good Value”
Being so close to Dallas we wanted some where safe. Searching other reviews I opted for this motel. Room & bathroom were very clean. We felt safe in the parking area.
