“Nice for the price”
The rates are very reasonable. I think the motel is older, but it is very well maintained. We normally stay here when we visit Rockport, which is once or twice a year. I have never noticed anything negative about this place. Always clean and the desk clerk is always polite. Real nice location … more

“Good stay”
Great location with access to pier and birdwatching or fishing. Rooms ok for price, breakfast good, easy parking, tv, wifi good. Staff very friendly, nearby restaurants. Worth an overnight stay at a good price.

“It is just barely OK!!”
You get what you pay for!!! The Inn is on a wonderful site just across the street from the bay. It also has a decent swimming pool, and small breakfast is included. The room is nice sized and clean.
