“Thank you Junior!”
Junior was so kind and went above and beyond. He even reminded me about plugging in my honors account (holiday brain lol) to ensure I received points for my stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating.

“First class with a top notch professional staff!!!”
I’ll start from the moment we checked in. We walked into the Embassy lobby and we couldn’t believe how beautiful it was with a huge Christmas tree in the center. “Under New Management Isn't Always a Good Thing”
I have stayed here multiple times and this time it was quite evident the hotel was under new management. I stayed during a pretty bad ice/sleet storm and was appalled by the GM of the hotel parking his pickup under the entry, blocking vehicles of customers from a smooth check-in. I had to purchase… more
