Best Western's are always a grab bag, you never know what you are going to get- like that proverbial box of chocolates. My GPS initially took me to a Best Western SureStay south of this location, and what a depressing experience that was, they didn't have my reservation since the GPS took me to the wrong Best Western property, front office person was surly and the place smelled like a gymnasium locker room. Anyway, finally found the right hotel and what a difference. While the BW Plus Atrium Inn has an older looking decor, the place is immaculately clean- and I mean immaculate; and that's a credit to the management and ownership of this hotel. It probably is the cleanest BW I've ever been in with over 30 years of business travel. The bathroom was spotless, even the grout around the tub was spotless, and although the decor has a 70's look to it, it is not worn, tattered or in need of repair. Everything... bed, furniture, work area was in pristine condition, making this a more enjoyable stay. The breakfast was a cut above the rest, fresh, well prepared, not the usual hotel free breakfast you find everywhere else. And no matter where you looked, there were people sweeping the floor. If there was a crumb on the floor they were going to find it in two minutes or less. You can tell the employees take a great deal of pride in keeping this facility clean, tidy and spotless- and that's refreshing. Kudos to management for making this facility stand out in every regard. I'd HIGHLY recommend this Best Western to anyone looking for a better BW experience.

I can confirm the positive reviews about this hotel. The Best Western Plus was a fantastic place to stay. Upon entering, we noticed the lobby was quiet and nicely decorated. The hallways were clean and also quiet. Our king room was spacious, with a comfortable and clean bed that ensured we slept well after a long day of traveling. The room was equipped with everything we needed: a Holy Bible, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, iron, ironing board, four large towels, three small towels, three hand towels, make-up remover wipes, a shower cap, citrus lotion, and ample closet space. The shower featured Phamacopia natural and organic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Please note, if you turn off the main light switch, your devices won't charge overnight—I learned that the hard way. (Whoops!) Breakfast was excellent! They offered yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, cereal, fresh fruits, hot eggs, hash browns, potatoes, sausage, biscuits, bread, muffins, salsa, cheese, various condiments, and the option to make a hot waffle. The hotel's location, close to the highway, was one of the reasons I selected it. There was plenty of parking, and I was able to park right outside my room. Next door, there was a Denny’s, which was convenient for a light dinner. Within walking distance, there were also a gas station, Arby’s, Wendy’s, KFC, and several other dining options. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
