“Family vibes”
My experience at this hotel was phenomenal, mainly because of the staff. Especially Alesiah. She was running around doing everything with a smile on her face, much like the staff. Ill definitely be coming back everytime im back in San Antonio.

“Dissatisfied/disappointed”
This location near sat airport has been gradually going down both in facility upkeep and service. Both /all elevator was out of service last friday . Saturday and Sunday and longer. The ac in-room on 4 th floor corner nw was leaking and carpet wet. So maybe mold. The front desk manager a… more

Had some issues checking in the first day- some issues with the room here and there nothing major , quiet atmosphere everyone kind of minds their own , location was great about 15ish minutes each way to market square ,aquarium & river walk - we tried to stay out as much as we could with everything… more
