“Nice older hotel”
It was very clean and quiet. Next door to the Tobin Center. There is an entrance to the Riverwalk right across the street, but it's quite a hike to the commercial loop with all of the restaurants. “Historic Gem in SA”
This historic hotel off the SA Riverwalk is a gem! Location is quiet and yet located within easy walking distance to sites. We loved the hardwood floors and decor throughout as well as the easy parking (with charger) and grounds. Staff excellent and responsive as well. Will visit again when in SA.

“Feels like the hotel owners ran out of money and stopped maintaining and improving.”
So much potential for this hotel but it feels like the owner ran out of money for continuing improvements and maintenance. Security is also a big concern.
