“Thank you Tegan!”
I had an issue with the AC not working in my room. I went to the front desk and Tegan helped me immediately. He was so nice, so attentive, and so thoughtful. He gave me the option of either having maintenance come or just moving into a new room. Thank you Tegan! You made the experience a 10/10.

“An interesting piece of history at the beginning of the Chisholm Trail.”
I did not stay at this hotel, but I did tour it. Hence, this review. The Menger Hotel is the oldest continually-operating hotel west of the Mississippi River. The decor is charming, and the historical displays are worth absorbing. One of my favorite pieces was a vintage square piano. I also … more

“The pool is not heated”
They say the pool is heated but it was not, we purposely stayed for the heated pool. Two rooms 4 nights. Other than that it's always nice to stay in the center of it ghosts and all.
