“Ruby's Inn is the Place to Stay!”
The room was perfect for our family and dog. It was spacious with one long counter sink for us to spread out toiletries, etc., and it had a second sink in the bathroom, and it was clean with no odors left behind from previous pets and it was quiet! Our room was clean and we were so happy to have an option with a king bedroom and two queens to fit our family. “Blah”
Huge facility with over 360 rooms and many amenities, but it was obvious that the staff were exhausted from caring for so many people on a constant basis, no cheery faces or friendly smiles or greetings, the bare minimum was done to fulfill the service industry part of their job.

“This is not a BW Plus”
Just completed a 2 week, 5 states early summer road trip. We try to stay at BW, and BW Plus as much as we can. The BW hotels are always staffed with friendly and knowledgeable employees.
