As usual, Hampton is clean, comfortable, predictable. We usually look for a Hampton and were glad the Kanab,UT location was 100%.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I liked that the breakfast included omelettes not just the typical scrambled eggs. The hotel was walking distance from several restaurants and had a beautiful view of the red rocks.It has free parking on the back and carts to carry you… more

“Shining Guest Service Agent”
Cadence was beyond helpful. Warm and hospitable from check-in to check out. Walked me through the process of retrieving my spare car keys after I left them in the room. A true ambassador to the brand. She has a real future in hospitality. Bravo Cadence!!!

Good value, although rooms are priced based on seasonal demand so your results might vary. But based on proximity to both Bryce and Zion I’m surprised Kanab isn’t on more people’s radar. “Our Western Trip 2025”
Clean rooms and fair breakfast. Located very close to Zion and about an hour outside of Bryce Canyon Nat Parks. The location is very good , walking to many of the sites and restaurants in Kanab. Many old westerns were filmed around that area and the town caters to them.
