“A/C not working as it should.”
Had an issue with a/c thermostat. Reported to front desk. A short time later maintenance employee, Luke arrived. “Good stay”
The resort setting is nice, surrounded by two mountain ranges. Location is convenient, the shuttle to Zion park is a short walk across the street. Restaurant on site is convenient. “Overpriced and rude general manager”
Don’t bother!!!! Way overpriced. No customer service. The rooms were nothing special. I reported graphitti I saw. The general manager emailed me and told me that I couldn’t have seen graffiti because they would have already removed it. Rude rude rude!!! The staff just looks unhappy. Now I know why… more
