“Crystal City Hyatt for the Win!”
So close to the airport and very convenient to get around by catching the Crystal City Metro near by. Crystal City Hyatt for the WIN!

“Front desk is amazing”
Virginia, at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! She helped us with everything from tours to airport shuttles to the metro. Very kind and made the stay at the hotel outstanding. In a very busy city, she took the time to make sure these Texans felt welcome.

“Overall good”
The staff was great and helpful. The plumbing in the Ballroom needed work. The toilets would not flush properly and it was disgusting.

“Hyatt Regency needs updating”
Hyatt Regency rooms were old and dated. However, service is good. The price per night was $400+ higher. I don't it's worth it because it's so old.
