We spent Friday 7/18 through Sunday 7/20/25 here at the Embassy Suites and it was nothing but excellent service. (Housekeeping could be a bit more intentional in their cleaning of the rooms, and making sure washcloths and towels are replaced, but it was not a deal breaker for me.) The associates at the reception desk were professional, helpful and friendly. They were extremely attentive and welcoming. I want to highlight Zachary on the day shift and Charles on the night shift; both men were a pleasure to interact with. There were the perfect example of the Hilton brand. We also enjoyed the meals; daily breakfast and the family banquet on Saturday........kudos to the chef and the staff for their service. We will certainly return whenever we are in this area.

“Great hotel!”

We were in the area for a softball tournament and stayed at a hotel that we were not pleased with so we thought we'd try your place. It far surpassed the other hotel in many, if not all, aspects. We were in the area for a softball tournament and stayed at a hotel that we were not pleased with so we thought we'd try your place. It far surpassed the other hotel in many, if not all, aspects. AND it was much closer to where the tournaments were held. We got a huge room with a king sized bed and 2 tvs. The bathroom was very large. The rooms all open to a large indoor open space where we could hang out and eat breakfast. They had tables with outlets for computing ease. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fine. The shower was large. There were many restaurants nearby. The only downside was that one elevator was not usable which meant that the one working elevator was packed. My grandkids loved the pool. The staff was very nice. We would stay here again.

“Such a nice Thanksgiving stay!”

My family of 4 stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday (Thursday through Saturday). The rate was reasonable considering it was a holiday. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. Only thing missing was the waffles ;) They do host the manager's reception - 2 drinks… more

My family of 4 stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday (Thursday through Saturday). The rate was reasonable considering it was a holiday. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. Only thing missing was the waffles ;) They do host the manager's reception - 2 drinks per room with snacks (chips, salsa, cheese, and crackers). Loved the decor in the sitting area. It is modern and cool. Pretty standard gym and pool. There are some restaurants in walking distance of the property Some cons: Housekeeping was a little haphazard. They just left a stack of towels and washcloths on the edge of the sink the following day. No beds were made. It can be a little loud from the atrium if someone is sleeping in the sitting area. If you aren't using it for sleep, the bedroom is very peaceful. No one likes paying for parking. There isn't even a gate, attendant, or covering so what is this nightly fee for? Boooo.
