“Nice Hotel”
This is a very nice Hotel and great customer service. The rooms and all the areas are very clean. Close to the University of Virginia. Great place.

“Great Experience”
Room was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. Shower had plenty of hot water (no tub, just shower but that was fine). Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were great - made you feel welcome and valued as a guest.

The front desk and breakfast staff members were excellent: helpful and courteous. Warm welcome. Good location. But there were other issues.
