“For a pleasant stay!”
I have stayed here many times while visiting family in Richmond. Great location in the Short Pump area. And always well run by Susan the daytime manager with bright smile. Ably assisted by CeCe at breakfast and much later by Will and Nick at night. Definitely five stars!

“Clean and very friendly!”
Upon check-in, I was greeted with great customer service from Deborah R. She explained everything about the hotel and thanked me for being an honors member. My room is clean and it’s nice and quiet away from all the shopping centers but close enough to grab anything you need

“Everything about the hotel is great”
The entire staff are such a pleasure to deal with at this hotel. Compared to all the Hampton Inns I have stayed att. This one is the best.
